Frequently Asked Questions

  • All retreat bookings require a significant commitment due to limited spaces and the preparation involved in delivering our programs.

    All deposits are non-refundable.

    Should you lose your deposit, it will be transferred to the donation pool to support subsidised enrolments for financially vulnerable women.

    Cancellations within 30 days of the program start date are non-fundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the program will be eligible for a refund if we are able to fill your spot; if we are unable to fill your spot, the booking will remain non-refundable.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, if we can accommodate your requests to transfer or re-book then we will. However, we highly recommend travel insurance just in case. We of course will be happy to supply you with a letter as necessary to support your insurance claim if you’re unable to make the program within the cancellation period.

  • Yes, you will be required to sign an indemnity waiver for both Flow House and potentially any other service providers to be able to participate on the program.

    You will also be provided with a media consent form, should you not wish to have any photos/ videos of you taken - that’s a-okay.

  • Yes! We have Flow House merchandise should you like to buy it. We currently have rashies (should you like to keep yours), t-shirts and jumpers
