CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Flow House Surf Therapy, we know and understand that your plans can change or sometimes you may need to cancel your booking. We have prepared a policy in order to protect the interests of our valued customers and our company. Please review our cancellation policy below before making any payment for enrolment on one of our programs. 

 

Due to limited availability of enrolment positions within our programs, our cancellation policy is strict. We, therefore, recommend that if you proceed with enrolment that you purchase travel insurance so that you are covered for cancellation should you need to cancel outside of cancellation period as listed below.

By enrolling into the Veteran Rise Intensive Program, I agree to the following terms:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel 31 days or more before the start of your booking, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 30 days before the start of your booking, you will not be eligible for a refund - unless you are able to source someone to take your place. If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we unfortunately won't be able to refund you. *we do have a waiting list currently.

 Your booking may also be cancelled by Flow House Surf Therapy, provided that you are notified of the reason, in unavoidable and unpredictable situations such as unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or dangerous surf conditions, you will receive a full refund.
